  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ekitt & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers are encouraged to ship to a secure location whenever possible.
